At ChurchWorks we endeavour to ensure that any support query is responded to within 24 hours. There are two ways you can get in touch with the support team.
Please include a subject that can be used to easily identify your query and then give as much detailed information as you can in the message body.
If you have other files (screen-shots, images, documents, etc.) that may be helpful to us in resolving your query, please zip these into a single zip file and attach that to the email before sending it to us.
